Material choices. Vinyl, fiber cement, and composite or engineered wood are the common options. Each differs in appearance, maintenance, weight, how it handles the substrate underneath, and how the trim details resolve. Wood, metal and others exist too. Which materials we install, and which suits your wall, is settled at the estimate. Detail lives on the installation page.
What moves the cost: wall area and number of stories, whether old siding is being removed, what the substrate is like once exposed, the material, the amount of soffit, fascia and trim, access around the building, disposal, and the permit review for the address.
We don’t publish prices, because the number depends on what the assessment finds. The largest unknown in most siding estimates is what’s behind the existing cladding, and nobody knows that until it comes off.
