Is my address in the City of Binghamton or the Town?
Give the full property address on the form. The City and the Town are separate governments with separate code offices and permit processes, and a mailing city doesn’t settle it.
Do I need a permit for siding?
The City’s code information states that roofing and siding require a building permit. We confirm the requirement for your specific scope against the address.
My property is a rental. Does that change anything?

What should I mention about the building’s age?
